Force Sensitive Character (Emergent Class Only)
The campaign is currently set in 2 ABY. Players desiring to play a force sensitive character must take into account the rarity of a Force Sensitive in a post-Order 66 galaxy. The Emperor and Darth Vader's conquest to eradicate all other force users has made the galaxy a dangerous place for any force sensitive. The few remaining Jedi have gone into exile in fear of being killed by the Empire. Any child born force sensitive is subjected to a life of hiding and secrecy, fearing the Empire's malicious agents looking to expose them. This will have to be factored into your backstory.
Hook
Your characters may be young or old, experienced war veterans or young hot shot pilots looking to make their mark on the galaxy. You could bring a string of desperate Twi'leks across the system with you, all vying for your affection, or alternatively a nest of bounty hunters from a particularly frustrated Hutt who wants his money back.Unfortunately your decisions have gotten you into trouble with the law. You antics, whether legitimate or not, have landed into Imperial custody. You have been sentenced to a 10 year sentence to the Spice Mines of Kessel, a fate worse than death given that the life expectancy of someone on Kessel is 2 years (if they're lucky). You have spent the past few months on Kessel keeping a low profile, trying to feel out the prison and find your niche with a hope that if you can lay low long enough, maybe you'll be forgotten about and can pass our your sentence without incident. The odds of that are....well you know what they say; "never tell me the odds."
